Return and exchange policy

Here at RAW we don't take returns or exchanges directly. All items are available for exchanges only. Exchanges go directly through brands we work with. Please read the information below to see each Brands Return & Exchange policy. When emailing them please include that the items were purchased from RAW in order to create a quick and easy process.

We accept garments which have not been worn to be processed with an exchange. Customers may request an exchange if the garment still has all tags and liners in tact and, the order has not exceeded 30 days from the original date of purchase. If the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange is not available, by default, your request will be processed with issuing the customer account with an online store credit. 

-All exchanges may take up to (5) business days to be processed, once received.

-All exchanges must be even-exchanges only. 

-Only one exchange is allowed per order. If you are in need of a different size/style, your inquiry will be handled as a return. 

-All exchange packages must be completed within 2 weeks of submitting the request - the item(s) will be released after the hold period

-The following collections are eligible for exchange: Mandala, Summer Solids, Mesh 2.0, Nativa, and Sweet Escape.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - All exchange inquiries will automatically be handled with issuing the customer account with an online store credit.

Customers may request an exchange if the clothing still has all tags and liners intact and the order has not exceeded 30 days from the original date of purchase. If the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange is not available, by default, your request will be processed with announcing the customer account with an online store credit.

-All exchanges may take up to (7-10) business days Hawaii time - to be processed, once received.

-All exchanges must be even-exchanges only.

-Only one exchange is allowed per order. If you are in need of a different size/style, your inquiry will be handled as a return.

-All exchange packages must be completed within 2 weeks of submitting the request - the item(s) will be released after the hold period.
